"My own engineering background has equipped me with sufficient grasp of logic and science to recognize that scripture (rightly understood) and science (rightly understood) are never in real conflict. What this little book shows is that what I have always thought to be faith (right conclusions about spiritual matters drawn from circumstantial evidence) is grounded in reasonable, rational, and clearly articulated rules of evidence when applied in an intellectually honest manner. This is a book that should be given to everyone as a graduation gift from law school."

  • If the name Simon Greenleaf sounds familiar, you may want to look him up on Google or in some law library. From Google "In 1833, Greenleaf was named to the Royall professorship, and in 1846 succeeded Judge Joseph Story as Dane professor of law at Harvard University. Greenleaf contributed extensively to the development of Harvard Law School, including expansion of the Harvard Law Library. He was retained as chief counsel by the Warren Bridge group in the US Supreme Court case Charles River Bridge v. Warren Bridge 36 U.S. 420 (1837), where the case laid down the rule that public contracts must be construed in favor of states." Professor Greenleaf became a Christian based on the evidence he reviewed applying the same courtroom procedures that he and Judge Story developed and remains in use to this day.

  • Challenged by one of his own students to abandon his compartmentalized thinking and look at the gospel through well-established rules of evidence, the author was subsequently converted to Christ. This book is wonderful at showing fact to be the right conclusion based upon circumstantial evidence, not the blind leap so many think it is. One does not need, and surely cannot, put his brain in neutral in order to consider the claims of Christ and trust Him for salvation full and free.
  • I am a lawyer. After reading Greenleaf Testimony, I have a feeling that I am actually experiencing what I read now in the new testament. And that I am hearing what the witnesses, the evangelists.are.saying
  • Wow. Eye opening. This book is an atheist worst nightmare and best friend...
  • Husband read it.
  • Great book. Also listen to sermon of Hal Lindsey on the testimony of the four gospels.
  • A little long winded but a very readable apology for the truth of the gospel.
